Opposition blog unaccessible
For unknown reasons, now, the opposition blog Turonzamin (www.turonzamin.com) is not accessible any more by its old URL address. The only way to access the blog is via .org extension (www.turonzamin.org). The blog was created in September of 2005 by the Congress of Democratic Uzbekistan leaded by Jahongir Muhammad (Mamatov), a political refugee living in the United States at the moment
The blog is run by more than 10 authors, most of who are political refugees living in western countries. The language of the blog is Uzbek (Cyrillic), but they also publish posts in English and Russian. The interesting part is that the blog claims to have a big readership. However, its authors fail in informing the readers about the problems of accessing to their blog.
