If someone had illegally or mistakenly posted something harmful, then Google's algorithms would surely pick that up and censor it. I'm sure that if someone lets Fergana.ru know, they'll look into themselves. Google workers are certainly not aware of 10% of what their algorithms accomplish, considering the sheer vastness of the internet that they are indexing.
