If this is a news piece, you should not include your personal opionions in it. Example: "I think it is high time to make some reforms in the agriculture system of Uzbekistan." If this is an editorial, you may include your opionions, but not about some "rumor" as you state in the beginning of the story. In conclusion, pretty website, but poor content.
