		<description>But what many former Soviet people doesn’t recognize is that behind the troops who had won the World War II was JOSEF STALIN, one of the worst dictators of XX Century. He was an ally of Hitler from 1939 (through the Soviet-German Pact that created the blueprint to the invasion of Poland, Romania, Finland and the Baltic States) until 1941 (when Hitler felt sufficiently assertive to begin the invasion of Soviet Union), and that’s why the Soviet propaganda never recognized the beggining of World War II in 1939, but in 1941.</description>
