		<description>It seems to me that this law has to be seen in combination with the NGO law: nice on the outside and empty inside. And in November neweurasia was still blocked. Some things don't change that fast.</description>

At least that was a fact some months ago. While we had some conflicting news in the meanwhile, it still seems to be the case. If anyone has any updates on that, it'd be much appreciated of course.</description>
